The group calls take place on a Monday afternoon every other week. If we need to change the date of a call (for example if it’s a bank holiday), we’ll let you know with lots of notice. We send a reminder and registration email out a week in advance so you can get the date in your diary.

Yes, you can ask anything GDPR or Information Security related. Some businesses use Your GDPR Advisor to work out where the gaps are in their compliance, whereas others just ask specific questions as they arise.

No, Your GDPR Advisor is designed to provide you with the advice and support for you to do the work yourself. You have access to resources within the learning platform to help make it easier for you to follow our advice. If you don’t have the resources to action the advice, you might consider our consultancy services where we act as your GDPR provision.

If you have written a policy or procedure as a result of our advice, we will review it to ensure that the content is correct.

You can ask us questions as many times as you need to during the membership. There is no limit to how frequently you can use the service.

Wherever possible, if you say that the request is urgent we will try to respond quicker, we know for example that a data breach needs to be managed correctly once discovered so will try and prioritise time sensitive queries.

We aim to respond within 36 hours, that’s the longest you will have to wait, but we usually reply within a few hours.
